With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
We understand, at times, that you may need to return an item. Our returns & refund policy allows full refunds or exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:The item is in perfect condition, complete with its original packaging and this packaging is undamaged.You return the item within 30 days of having received it from us.
Large bales cannot be returned unless they can be forked back on site, but please call if you receive any bales which are not up to our high standard.
Any items you wish to return and post back are done so at your charge for the postage. A refund will be actioned within 3 working days of receiving the item back in perfect condition.
We are unable to refund Animal medicines, Riding Hats and Underwear.

This product is an Avm-gsl licenced product with active ingredient benzyl benzoate in a soothing lotion, specifically formulated for horses.If used as a preventative method in early spring prior to the symptoms becoming evident, the condition may not take hold. Apply to all affected areas by rubbing in with fingers or a soft cloth as soon as sweet itch is diagnosed and for the remaining part of the sweet itch season. Initial application should be made twice daily and then 3-4 times a week as the irritation lessens. Affected areas should be kept clean by shampooing and rinsing well at least once a week. After shampooing or heavy exercise, re-apply to ensure adequate protection.
